  Dried fish from Norway.
The fish is caught outside the North Western Coast of Norway (Lofoten). Here the waters are clean with an abundance of nutritious food for fish to feed on. This environment ensures a premium product superior in quality and nutritional value.

Naturally dried.
After the fish is cleaned it is hung on a rack (hjell) to dry. The sun and wind dries the fish causing it to lose 70% water. Left is a concentrated product (torrfisk) with all its nutritional contents unharmed and intact, and amazingly in this dried condition it can last for several years. The pollution-free, mild and windy climate along the coast of Norway is perfect for this drying process. Norwegians have used this method since the Middle Ages.
  High in Nutritional Contents.
Dried fish is rich in high quality protein (80%), Vitamin B, Iron and Calcium. Low in fat (1-2%). Dried fish is unsalted and totally free of any preservatives. This makes dried fish an incredible potent nutritional food source. 1 kg (2.2 pound) of dried fish has the same nutritional value as 5 kg (11.02 pound) of fresh fish!

Rex is a 6 1/2 year old Great Dane. His fur is shiny and healthy, teeth white and clean. He loves dried fish!

How much to feed your pet.
Due to the concentrated nutritional content small portions of dried fish goes a long way. For small dogs (and cats) we recommend 1 piece and for larger dogs 2-3 pieces 3-4 times a week. Your pet should see significant improvements in the quality of their coat, teeth and digestive system. The overall health should also benefit greatly. In Norway dried fish has for many decades been considered the best natural snack, treat, food a dog and cat can eat.

And Every Dog LOVES Dried Fish!
